Meet the Team
Our team consists of biokineticists and sport scientists that have backgrounds in rehabilitation, adapated physical activity, physiology and biomechanics.
Founder & Head Biokineticist
Dr Sarah Arnold
Our Founder, Sarah, is a Registered Biokineticist who has been in practice for 8 years. She has completed her PhD in rehabilitation for persons with lower limb amputations and also has a special interest in rehabilitation for neurological conditions.

Biokineticist
Liesje Myburgh
Liesje is a Registered Biokineticist that is deeply caring and compassionate. This is her second year in private practice and she approaches learning new skills with excitement. She has a special interest in movement disorders and biomechanics.
Head of Sport Science
Dr Lara Grobler
Lara is our senior physiologist and biomechanist, with 13 years of experience gained in various sport performance laboratories. She has a special interest in sport of the physically disabled and using technology and data to guide training and intervention.
